Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is now on the radar of Samsung and is expected to be released on August 23, this year. With each passing day, newer leaks of the phone tend to surface. A similar incident happened today when a Twitter user Evan Blass leaked the first image of Note 8.
The image doesn’t really give information about the specification of the phone but some features can be visually observed. Note 8 is expected to feature a fingerprint sensor on the back which is quite odd for Samsung smartphone because most of them have it on the home button. But the reason behind this change is that just like S8, Note 8 doesn’t feature any home button. Similarly, a button on the right seems to be Bixby Button, Samsung’s own digital assistant. Another major milestone achieved by Samsung is ‘infinity display’ which according to Samsung will be a game changer for the smartphone industry. Dual camera is another plus point.
It must be mentioned here that leaks by Evan Blass are noteworthy and trusted in most of the cases. Evan leaked S8 specs before it came into the market and results were surprisingly the same. Evan posted few photos giving a glimpse of different sides of flagship phablet.
From the image, it can be deduced that Note 8 is going to be the largest note released by Samsung till date. The major hint behind this speculation is the phrase on event invitation. “Do Bigger Things”, it reads. Another leak also depicts that Note 8 may feature 6.3 inches of screen, slightly bigger than S8+.
Hopefully, Note 8 won’t be facing the battery explosion disaster faced by its predecessor Note 7 which not even caused company the loss of revenue but also resulted in a bad reputation. Samsung is targeting Apple’s iPhone 8 with its newest iteration which will be released on almost on the same ground. The price of Note 8 will be around $850-900 which is quite hefty.
